摘    要:所有贮氢合金全部采用机械合金化方法制备。研究包括两方面内容:第一,研究了Al、Cu、V、Zr等4种元素部分替代四元Mg45Ti5Mn5Ni45合金中的Mn之后,对合金电化学性能的影响,电化学性能测试结果表明:Al、Cu、V、Zr对Mn部分替代后所形成的五元合金,与四元Mg45Ti5Mn5Ni45合金相比较,最大放电容量、循环稳定性都有大幅度提高,其中Mg45Ti5Mn2.5Al2.5Ni45合金的综合性能最佳;第二,研究了不同的球磨工艺对Mg45Ti5Mn2.5Al2.5Ni45合金电化学性能的影响,研究表明:球磨时间、球磨产物的相结构是决定合金电化学性能的两个关键因素。

Abstract:All hydrogen storage alloys were prepared by mechanical alloying. The study included two ways. First, effects of the partial substitution of Al, Cu, V , Zr for Mn on the electrochemical performance of quaternary Mg45Ti5Mn5Ni45 allo y were researched. The electrochemical performance test results showed that the discharge capacity and cycle stability of all quinary Mg45Ti5Mn2.5M2.5Ni45 alloy s (M= Al, Cu, V, Zr) were significantly improved, compared with Mg45Ti5Mn5Ni45 a lloy. Over all, Mg45Ti5Mn2.5Al2.5Ni45 showed the best integrated properties. Sec ond, effects of different ball milling technology methods to Mg45Ti5Mn5Ni45 allo y on the electrochemical performance were investigated. The results showed that ball milling time and the phase components of ball milling products were two cri tical factors to determine the electrochemical performance.
