| 摘 要： | 通过采用井式炉光亮回火，使针的硬度、弹性提高，一致性好，回火后表面无回火色，光亮，克服了硝盐炉回火的缺陷，为织针的后工序处理创造了良好的条件。

| Abstract: | Through lucency tempering process of well furnace,the rigidity and elasticity of needles are enhanced with good conformity.There is no tempering shade .The surface of the product is bright, removing the disadvantage of saltpetre tempering furnace for the after -process treatment of needles. |
