新农药创制及其生物活性筛选研究进展

对目前新农药创制研究概况、发展趋势以及新农药创制研究策略的制订和相应生物活性筛选的靶标选择、筛选程序以及各种筛选方法的建立和优缺点等进行了全面评述，同时介绍了高通量筛选技术在农药中的应用和农药高通量筛选实验室建设的原则和条件。对于我国的新农药创制研究和体系完善有一定参考价值。

Progress in Pesticide Discovery and Bio-screening Research

This paper provides a detailed discussion of current status, development trends, and strategies of pesticidediscovery research, along with selection of target species for bioactivity assessment, bioactivity screening programs, andthe advantages and disadvantages of establishing various screening methods. Application of high throughput screening inpesticide discovery, including the principles and requirements in establishing a high throughput laboratory, is alsodiscussed. The contents herein provide a useful reference for improving systems of pesticide discovery in China.
