摘    要:通过Matlab软件建立了基于6134柴油机改装为火花点火式天然气发动机的整机模型,宏观上描述整个发动机的热力学过程,并通过台架试验验证了该模型的可靠性。在此基础上,研究了配气机构对该天然气发动机性能的影响。应用建立的模型对发动机的配气相位与凸轮型线进行了优化设计,通过台架试验验证达到了设计要求,提高了发动机的充气效率,降低了发动机的排温。

Abstract:In this paper, a spark ignition natural gas engine simulation based on 6134 Diesel Engine is carried out by using the software AVL-BOOST. The simulation describes the thermodynamic process of the engine and it proves to be reliable by the bench test. According to this, the paper analyzes the influence of the valve system on natural gas engine performance. The valve timing and cam profile have been optimized by the model. The optimal design is proved to meet the requirements of the bench test. The design finally improves the engine volumetric efficiency and reduces the engine exhaust temperature.
