激励视角下的高职旅游英语分层教学研究

摘    要:目前高职院校生源紧张导致录取的学生知识和能力水平参差不齐,旅游管理专业学生英语基础差距大,为了激励学生更好地发展,有必要实行分层次教学。分层次教学的原则是要务实、突出合理性;明确教学目标,突出职业导向性;尊重学生,动态发展,突出激励性。在分层教学实践中,要对学生、教学内容和考核评价等方面进行分层,并做好学生的激励工作,特别是兴趣、目标和评价等方面。切实因材施教,提高教学实效性,使所有学生都能得到发展,成为具备很强职业能力的旅游行业高素质人才。

Abstract:Because of the lack of students in High Vocational College at present, there' re big differences in knowledge and ability among students. To encourage all the students to improve their English and abilities, Tourism English graded teaching should be done in tourism major. Its principals should be reasonable, practical and incentive. Tourism English graded teaching should be done from the following aspects: students, teaching contents and examinations and so on. And try to give the students good incentives in interest, goals and examinations. In this case, the teaching will be practical and efficient and the students can develop themselves better and become professional in tourism.
