烯烃类热塑性弹性体注塑工艺条件研究

摘    要:基于烯烃类热塑性弹性体(TPO),研究了存放时间及干燥时间与吸湿率的关系,探讨了制品厚度对成型收缩的影响,并对热塑性弹性体注射成型工艺特点进行了分析。结果表明,热塑性弹性体容易吸湿,成型前需要按一定工艺条件进行干燥;热塑性弹性体成型收缩率随制品厚度不同而变化,其相应关系是非线性的,制品厚度太厚或太薄,其成型收缩率都会增大。

Abstract:Based on the olefin thermoplastic elastomer (TPO), the relationship between the storage-drying time and the hygroscopic rate was investigated; the influence of the plastic part thickness on molding shrinkage was tested; the characteristic of injection molding process is analyzed. The resuhs showed that it is necessary to dry the thermoplastic elastomer in certain process condition for it is liable to absorb moisture, and the molding shrinkage is changed with thickness of parts in non-linearity, tending to increase whether the thickness is too thick or too thin.
