公民网络政治参与的德育思考

公民参与是公民意图影响公共政策和公共生活的活动,是现代民主政治的一种具体表现。随着互联网的普及,公民网络政治参与日益成为我国公民的一种重要的参政方式。而由于网络本身的特点,一些公民网络政治参与的弊端暴露出来。本文试图从道德教育的角度来理清公民网络政治参与中道德建构的几种关系,从培育公民网络媒体素养的角度来思考如何规范公民网络政治参与。

Thinking about Moral Education of Network Political Participation of Citizens

The citizen participation is the activity that the citizen intent to influence the public policy and public life,is a concrete manifestation of modem democratic politics. With the popularity of the Internct,the citizen network political participation has been bccoming an important way of Chinese citizen political participation. Due to the characteristics of the nctwork itself, some shortcomings of citizen network political participation exposed. This paper attcmpts to clarify the several relationships of moral construction happening in citizen network political participation from the point of moral education view, then think how to regulate the citizen network political participation from cultivating citizen network media quality perspective.
