| Abstract: | This paper gives an introduction to the purpose, method and steps of the governor test of Longtan Hydropower Plant and makes an analysis of the starting, shutdown, no - load and load rejection tests by taking No. 4 turbine - generator unit for example, thus having accumulated experiences of governor test for large hydropower plants of this kind. |
