基于虚拟仪器的转子不平衡故障模拟及故障分析

摘    要:使用转子试验台模拟转子不平衡故障,利用虚拟仪器系统采集故障信号,并对信号进行机理分析,采用LabVIEW软件分析了故障的时域图和频域图,将实验结果和理论分析相结合,验证了转子不平衡故障的识别特征.

Abstract:A method for simulating rotor imbalance fault on a rotor test rig was presented. The features of the vibration signals generated by the fault and the mechanism of producing such feature were analyzed by LabVIEW. Processing results were given in time domain and in frequency domain. Compared the test results with theory analysis results, identical diagnosis features were obtained.
