| 摘 要： | 以胡椒酸乙二醇单酯的收率为指标,研究胡椒酸乙二醇单酯的合成工艺条件.以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,加热回流反应合成胡椒酸乙二醇单酯.实验结果表明:用对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,催化剂用量0.1 g,回流反应时间5 h,为较好的合成工艺条件,胡椒酸乙二醇单酯收率达60%以上,对推动药物中间体研发具有一定意义.

| Abstract: | To investigate the synthesis of pepper acid ethylene glycol ester with its yield as an indicator. P- toluenesulfonic acid as a catalyst, the reaction was heated at reflux for synthetic pepper acid ethylene glycol ester. The results showed that p-toluenesulfonic acid was used as catalyst, its content was 0.1 g and reaction time was 5 h. The yield of pepper acid ethylene glycol ester was 60 % under the optimum conditions. |
