摘    要:基于PMU/APMU的广域测量系统WAMS的出现,主要源自电力系统安全稳定控制对于量测量在时间上同步以及监控范围在空间上广域的需求。为提高电网安全稳定监控水平,利用综合法、分析法归纳和分析了暂态稳定预测及控制、静态电压稳定控制和基于轨迹的暂态稳定分析方法的最新进展。研究表明,采用相对功角或角速度判别系统的暂态功角稳定性并实施控制策略,能很好反应系统电力系统本质及运行情况。

Abstract:WAMS(Wide Area Measurement System)is developed to meet the requirements of synchronization in measurement and wide monitor area of power system security.The rapid progress of synchrophasor technology promotes broad applications of Wide-Area Measurement System(WAMS),and unveils a new era of power system monitoring,analysis and control.This paper investigates the feasibility of one of the most promising applications of synchrophasor,i.e.,the Wide-Area Transient Stability Control.After a brief review of the state-of-arts of related technologies,the authors first propose the concept of "Synchrophasor Response Based Wide-Area TSC" or SRBWA-TSC.Next the operation principle and system structure of SRBWA-TSC are described in detail.Then some key issues in its implementation are emphatically analyzed,including power angle measurement,transient stability identification and control,response time,communication infrastructure and system reliability.WAMS is helpful to improve the efficiency of it.This article employs data collected by WAMS,including generator rotor speed and electromagnetic power system to predict transient stability of power systems.Methods:analyze and synthesize.Conclusion:The principle is quick prediction of the dynamic trajectory of disturbed power system.
