基于虚拟制造的电度表端盖注射模设计

摘    要:以电度表端盖为研究对象,将虚拟制造技术应用于电度表端盖模具的设计,通过注射模分析软件Mold Flow优化塑料制件、确定最佳浇口和缺陷的位置,并最终设计出合格的模具。该设计有利于减少模具的设计、制造周期,降低产品的开发费用。

Abstract:Taking electric meter cover as an example, virtual manufacturing was applied to electrical meter cover mold designing. Plastic accessory was optimized and position of the best gate and the bug were found by mold injection software, and its eligible mold was designed finally. This was beneficial to reduce the cycle of mold design and manufacture, and shortened the product developing cost.
