摘    要:针对某国产汽车轮胎磨损严重,行驶过程有些许跑偏的问题,在ADAMS/Car模块中建立该车麦弗逊式前悬架的虚拟样机模型,并对其进行运动学仿真.在ADAMS/Insight模块中对该悬架进行运动学灵敏度分析,找出关键参数,对悬架的布置进行优化,改善悬架运动性能.

Abstract:To solve the problem that some automobile's tyres wear out badly and run slight off-track in the process of running,this paper sets up the virtual prototype model of this automobile's Macpherson front suspension in ADAMS/Car module and conducts kinematical emulational analysis on it.Through kinematical sensitivity analysis of the suspension in ADAMS/Insight module,the key factors are found and then the suspension disposal is optimized to improve the motion performance of the suspension.
