铝箔轧机辊系机构分析与研究

摘    要:用能量稳定法对2200高速铝箔轧机现有辊系机构进行稳定性分析,得出现有辊系机构下辊系是不稳定的结论;用开/闭复合约束新概念,重新综合研究铝箔轧机辊系机构,即可解决该轧机工作辊轴承座与机架窗口间更换轧辊必留间隙和在运行时须消除间隙的矛盾,又可保证辊系处于稳定状态下运行。

Abstract:Though analyzing the stability of the roll system in 2200 high speed aluminum foil mill with energy stable method, the result is that roll system is unstable under existing mechanism of the roll system. With open /closed compound restriction renewably synthesizes its mechanism, the conflict, whether reserving the gap for the roller replacement or eliminating the gap for roller's normal work, was successfully solved, to ensure the roll system work at a stable condition.
