用聚合矿物复合材料制造的机床夹具

摘    要:对用聚合矿物复合材料(PMC)和铸铁材料分别制成的夹具体进行了切削对比试验,结果表明,两种夹具体对切削噪声和刀具寿命有不同的影响,PMC材料夹具体可以明显减振降噪,提高刀具使用寿命。文章对其机理进行了分析,并对PMC材料夹具体的社会经济效益进行了探讨。

Abstract:Cutting experiment is made on contrasting jig body made of polymer mineral composite(PMC) with that made of cast iron. The experimental result shows that the two types of jig body have different influences on cutting noise and working life of cutting tool. The jig made of PMC can considerably reduce vibration and noise and increase working life of cutting tool. Analysis is made on mechanism, society and economy value of the jig made of PMC.
