Low-carbon eco-city is important urbanization developing mode of urban construction in China, leading the new direction for the sustainable development of China''s urban construction. Based on investigating the status of construction in Xinghuacun and analyzing of influencing factors of low-carbon eco-city construction, analyzed and put forwarded the reasonable construction of Xinghuacun route from the construction of multi, summarized the feasibility that Xinghuacun built into eco-tourism oriented city of sustainable development. The construction of Xinghuacun Low-carbon eco-city improved the environment and lay a solid foundation for the future of sustainable urban development
