安徽省高校专利管理面临的新境况及新策略

安徽省高校近几年专利申请量和授权量迅猛发展,对专利管理提出了新的要求,但目前安徽省专利管理的水平跟不上专利事业的发展,存在一定问题。笔者通过对安徽省高校存在专利快速增长与专利管理力量不匹配、管理不够精细、专业,追求专利数量、忽视专利质量情况严重,激励制度不完善,专利转化率低等问题的分析,最后提出了对策建议,以期为提高安徽省高校专利管理水平提供参考。
