井下油水分离漩流器数值仿真分析

摘    要:应用计算流体力学软件FLUENT对井下油水分离器中的漩流器(核心部件)进行了三维数值模拟,在建立模型时运用RSM湍流模型和基于欧拉法的MIXTUER两相流模型。数值模拟得到了漩流器的速度场、压力场和油水相分布等数据,对井下油水分离器的设计具有指导意义,并为进一步研究漩流器分离性能提供了参考依据。

Abstract:CFD soft FLUENT was used to simulate the hydrocyclone which was a core part of downhole oil water separator (DOWS). Hydrocyclone three-dimension turbulent flow-field simulation used the reynold stress model (RSM) and the euler MIXTURE tow-phase model. The results indicated the velocity field, pressure field and distribution of each phase. Those simulation dates could guide the design of DOWS and give out the reference for hydrocyclone study.
