从粉煤灰中提取硫酸铝和硫酸铁的微波法试验

摘    要:通过正交试验设计,找出用微波法从粉煤灰中制备硫酸铝和硫酸铁的最佳工艺条件,即硫酸浓度为60%,粉煤灰(g)与酸液(mL)投料比为1:1.4,浸泡时间为14h,加热时间为7min;所得硫酸铝、硫酸铁的浸出率为62.0%~76.5%,比常规加热的浸出率高约10%,且时间大大缩短。

Abstract:The technology for preparation of aluminium sulfate and ferric sulfate from pulverized fuel ash assisted by microwave has been researched by orthogonal and single factor experiment. The optimal condition result shows the productivity is 62. 0% ~ 76.5%; ash(W) and acid solution (ML) volume ratio is 1:1.4; acid sulfuric concentration is 60%; heating reaction time is 7 min and soaking time is 14 h.
