| 摘 要： | 利用单片机软件编写PROFIBUS-DP从站协议,并改进PROFIBUS-DP从站驱动电路实现了PROFI-BUS-DP的从站功能,取代了西门子公司的专用协议芯片SPC3。给出了PROFIBUS-DP从站硬件电路图和PROFI-BUS-DP从站软件程序流程图,由CP5611和PC机构成主站与从站组成了通讯系统。分步骤详述了系统调试过程。该方法可以降低系统成本、提高设计的灵活性并解决协议芯片来源单一导致的产品受限问题。

| Abstract: | The protocol of PROFIBUS-DP slave station was compiled by utilizing singlechip software.The drive circuit was improved,and the function of PROFIBUS-DP slave station which could replace ASIC SPC3 of Siemens AG was accordingly implemented.The PROFIBUS-DP slave station hardware circuit and software program flow chart of PROFIBUS-DP were also introduced.The communication system was composed of slave station and master station which was formed of CP5611 and PC.The details of debugging process were recounted.This method can reduce the cost of system,improve the flexibility of design and it can also solve the restricted problem of production resulted from the singular source of ASIC. |
