超声波对棉织物活性染料染色的作用机制

摘    要:为了降低染色温度和减少染化料用量,减少环境污染,以纯棉织物为研究对象,在超声波或常规染色条件下,采用活性染料汽巴克隆红LS-6G对其染色,从热力学及动力学两方面探讨超声波对活性染料棉织物染色的作用机制。实验结果表明,超声波不能改变活性染料上染棉纤维的吸附等温线类型;但能使染料对纤维的亲和力增大;染色焓减少54.61%、染色熵减少37.15%。超声波还能使扩散系数增大1倍左右、染色速率常数增加50%以上,染色活化能降低42.01%,半染时间缩短一半左右。
