配电系统单相接地故障检测技术的新成果

摘    要:配电线路单相接地故障的检测和定位是一个难题,要在线路上定位故障点更是困难.中性点信号注入法利用专门设计的单相接地故障指示装置及在FTU中增加相应软件模块,可以用于故障选线,确定故障区段,定位故障分支和故障点.必要时可自动隔离故障区段,转移和恢复非故障区域的供电.该方案适用于各种中性点接地方式及不接地系统.

Abstract:Detecting and locating the single phase grounding fault of power distribution system is difficult,to locate fault in the circuitry is more difficult.Neutral signal injection method applies single phase grounding fault indicator which is designed specially,and adds the relevant software module to FTU,can be used for detecting fault circuitry,making certain fault section,locating fault branch and point.If necessary,it can segregate fault section automatically,transfer and resume power supply for non-fault area.This project suits for all kinds of neutral grounding mode and non-grounding system.
