FCC汽油叠合生产柴油催化剂的制备及其催化性能

摘    要: 采用浸渍法制备了FCC汽油叠合生产柴油催化剂,考察了活性金属Ni负载量、助催化剂、催化剂制备条件对催化剂性能的影响,以及催化剂的稳定性和再生性能。结果表明,在活性金属Ni质量分数为8%、助剂Sn质量分数为1.0%、浸渍时间6h、焙烧温度500℃、焙烧时间4.0h的条件下制备的叠合催化剂具有良好的催化性能、稳定性和再生性能。在反应温度210℃、压力2.5Mpa、体积空速1.0-1的条件下,叠合柴油体积收率到50.1%,符合-35#柴油质量标准。

Abstract:The catalyst for FCC gasoline oligomerization to produce diesel oil was prepared by dipping method. The effects of mass fractions of active metal Ni and catalytic promoter as well as the preparing condition were investigated simultaneously. The results showed that the better preparation conditions were Ni mass fraction of 8%, catalytic promoter mass fraction of 1.0%, soakage time of 6h, calcine temperature of 500℃ and calcine time of 4.0h, under which the prepared catalyst possessed good catalytic properties, stability and regeneration performance. At the reaction temperature of 210℃, reaction pressure of 2.5MPa and volume space velocity of 1.0h-1, FCC gasoline oligomerization was carried out with the diesel volume yield of 50.1%, which met the quality specification of -35# diesel.
