基于小波变换的AFM图像处理的研究

摘    要:根据原子力显微镜(AFM)图像的特点,对小波变换应用于原子力显微镜图像的降噪、增强及融合方法进行了阐述,采用原子力显微镜对无磨料低温抛光后的铝合金(LY12)表面进行检测,并利用所述方法对扫描图像进行了处理。结果表明,利用小波变换对原子力显微镜图像进行处理是有效的、可行的,图像质量得到明显提高。

Abstract:Wavelet transform used in AFM image was described. The image processing includes noise reduction, enhancement and fusion via the wavelet transform. The aluminum alloy's profiles of cryogenic polishing surfaces without abrasive were obtained by atomic force microscope. The characteristics of the AFM images could be enhanced significantly after such processing. This processing method is effective and feasible and its applications are demonstrated by some examples.
