超临界直流锅炉控制系统的特点及控制方案

摘    要:采用内置式启动控制的600 MW超临界压力螺旋管圈型直流锅炉,其作为被控对象的动态特性及控制系统都较复杂。超临界直流锅炉控制系统与汽包炉的不同在于给水控制系统和主汽温控制系统,在控制系统的设计中,要充分考虑采用前馈、变定值、变增益、变参数的控制方案

Abstract:The dynamic characters and control system for 600 MW supemritieal pressure once - through boiler equipped with internal start - up control are relatively complicated. The differences of the control systems between the SP boiler and steam drum boiler are the feedwater control system and main steam temperature control system. In design of this control system enough consideration should be given to the control modes for application of pre - feed, variable settings, variable gains and parameters.
