L-赖氨酸锌螯合物的合成及表征

摘    要:以L-赖氨酸盐酸盐和氯化锌为原料,合成了L-赖氨酸锌螯合物,通过正交实验优化了合成工艺条件,采用红外光谱、元素分析、原子吸收光谱等分析方法表征其结构与组成。结果表明,L-赖氨酸锌螯合物中的Zn2+与赖氨酸的摩尔比为1∶2,Zn2+的配位数为4。在L-赖氨酸盐酸盐与氯化锌摩尔比为2∶1,反应温度60℃,pH为7,反应时间120 min的优化工艺条件下,L-赖氨酸锌的产率可达89.67%。

Abstract:Zinc L-lysinate chelate compound was synthesized by lysine hydrochloride.In this article,zinc L-lysinate was characterized by IR spectrum,elementary analysis and atomic absorption spectrometry.The synthetic conditions of zinc L-lysinate was optimumed by orthogonal test.According to the results,the mole ratio of Zn2+ to L-lysinate was 1 ∶2 in zinc L-lysinate chelate compound,and the coordination number of Zn2+ is 4.The optimum conditions were molar ratio of the reactants is 2 ∶1,reaction temperature is 60 ℃,pH is 8,and reaction time is 120 min.Under the optimum conditions,the yield is 89.67%.
