| 摘 要： | 本文对防灾工程受多种灾害威胁的特点及其防灾投资决策问题的特点进行了分析提出了相应的动态防灾投资决策准则；建立了多种灾害综合防御投资决策模型；对该模型进行了理论分析，给出了多种灾害综合防御投资决策问题可以分解成对每一种灾害分别进行防灾投资决策的条件．

| Abstract: | In the paper, the characteristics of the synthetical investment decision-making for disaster resistant engineerings (DRE) against various disasters are analyzed, the relevant dedsion-making criterion is given, and a synthetical investment decision-making model for DRE against various disasters is offered in agreement with the criterion, The model is analyzed and the conditions are given, under which a problem of synthetical investment decison-making for DRE against various disasters can be uncoupled. |
