西非棉的使用实践

西非棉与国产棉相比短绒率高、含杂多、含糖高,生产中缠绕机件的现象严重,且各机件上的粘附物多,造成断头多、纱疵多、质量差.为此,提出了几项工艺技术措施:对原棉进行预处理、并条和粗纱工序选择积极式清洁装置、加强对杂质和短绒的排除、采用低温低湿的空调配置方案.

Using Practice of West Africa Cotton

West africa cotton has higher short fiber content, more impurities, higher sugar contents than domestic cotton, so serious winding element is existing in production when using west africa cotton, and more adherent is existing on element, so more broken ends, more defects and worse quality were happened. To resolve these problems, several technology measures such as pretreatment of raw cotton, choosing positive cleaning device in drawing and roving process, strengthening removal of impurities and short fibers, adopting air conditioning configuration plan of low temperature and low humidity were proposed.
