| Abstract: | The investigation of reducing the air consumption in filtration of sodium bicarbonate suspension was presented in this paper. The authors pointed out that the air consumption could be reduced by using the suitable filter medium and pressing the solid filter cake. The results provided valuable information for the application of pressure filter with rotary-drum in the soda industry. |
