| 摘 要： | 从回顾城镇廉租房制度的发展概况和分析其实施现状入手,指出了当前城镇廉租房制度存在的问题,建议从资金筹措、完善退出机制、满足廉租户不同层次的要求、强化监督管理等方面,对城镇廉租房制度进行完善。

| Abstract: | From reviewing the development survey of low-rent housing system and analyzing its implement situation,this paper points out the existing problems of present low-rent housing system.From the respects of fund raising,the withdrawal mechanism,meeting tenants different needs and intensifying the supervising management to improve the low-rent housing system. |
