摘    要:为了有效控制卷烟机剔除梗签物中烟丝含量,利用两级流态化理论分离梗签与烟丝,在考察梗丝与烟丝的基本流化特性的基础上,确定了两级流态化的流速条件,建立了检测卷烟机剔除梗签物中含丝量的方法。考察了被测样品质量相同含丝量不同及梗签物含丝量相同质量不同时对检测结果的影响。结果表明:①当被测样品质量不变,在理论含丝量为0.5%~5.5%时,检测结果的标准偏差随含丝量水平的增加没有明显变化,相对误差随含丝量水平的增加有降低的趋势,即正确度有所提高;②当梗签物含丝量不变,被测样品质量为100~500 g时,检测结果的标准偏差随着质量水平的降低,略有降低;相对误差在质量为200~300 g内较小。

Abstract:In order to control the tobacco shred content in rejects from cigarette maker effectively,on the basis of investigating the basic fluidization characters of cut stem and cut tobacco,a method for determining the tobacco shred content in the rejects by a two-stage winnower was developed,and the preferable air velocities in the two-stage winnower were determined.The samples of different conditions were studied,the results showed that:1) for samples of the same mass,when tobacco shred content ranged from 0.5% to 5.5%,the relative error of test results decreased with the increase of tobacco shred content,though the standard deviation did not change obviously;2) for samples of the same tobacco shred content,when the mass of sample ranged from 100 to 500 g,the standard deviation of test results decreased slightly with the decrease of mass,and the relative error was smaller at the mass range of 200-300 g.
