主流烟气中的氨与烟叶中的氨、亚硝酸根、硝酸根的相关性

为了解单料烟主流烟气中的氨释放量与其烟叶中的亚硝酸根、硝酸根和氨含量的相关性,采用离子色谱法测定了18个2007和2008年山东、云南、福建产的不同部位烤烟烟叶样品和3个进口烤烟烟叶样品中的亚硝酸根、硝酸根和氨含量及其单料烟主流烟气中的氨含量,并对检测结果进行了简单相关分析和相关系数的显著性检验.结果表明,单料烟主流烟气中氨的释放量与其烟叶中的亚硝酸根含量显著正相关,与烟叶中的氨和硝酸根含量相关性不显著.

Correlations of Ammonia in Mainstream Cigarette Smoke with Ammonia, Nitrite and Nitrate in Tobacco Leaf

In order to investigate the correlations between the delivery of ammonia in mainstream cigarette smoke and the contents of nitrite,nitrate and ammonia in tobacco leaf,the delivery of ammonia in mainstream smoke and the contents of nitrite,nitrate and ammonia in 18 samples of flue-cured tobacco leaves from different stalk positions from Shandong,Yunnan and Fujian in 2007 and 2008 and 3 imported leaf samples were determined by ion chromatography.The simple correlation analysis was conducted and the significance of correlation was tested.The results showed that the delivery of ammonia in mainstream cigarette smoke significantly positively correlated with the content of nitrite in tobacco leaves,while its correlations with nitrate and ammonia were not significant.
