烟用拉线粘接性能的测试方法

摘    要:为研究烟用拉线粘接性能的测试方法,分析了初粘性、持粘性、水平剥离强度、90°剥离强度、180°剥离强度等粘接性能测试方法的基本原理,对水平剥离强度、90°剥离强度和180°剥离强度测试方法进行了比较.结果表明:初粘性、水平剥离强度均不适用于拉线粘接性能的测试;持粘性测试方法需要时间较长,不适宜作为拉线粘接性能优劣的判定手段;180°剥离强度测试结果离散度小,变异系数为3.5%,优于90°剥离强度测试方法,且测试方法科学合理、数据稳定、适用性强,可以作为表征烟用拉线粘接性能的测试方法.

Abstract:To study the testing method for binding property of tear-tape,the basic principles of the methods for testing initial tackiness,persistent tackiness,horizontal peel strength,peel strength at an angle of 90° or 180° were analyzed,and the methods of testing horizontal peel strength,90° peel strength,180° peel strength were compared.The results showed that: 1)methods of testing initial tackiness and horizontal peel strength were not suitable for testing the binding property of tear-tape;2)method of testing persistent tackiness was not appropriate to evaluating the binding property of tear-tape because of longer testing duration;3)the results of 180° peel strength tests were of low dispersion with a coefficient of variation of 3.5%,lower than those of 90° peel strength test.It suggested that 180° peel strength test method was stabler and more applicable to the characterization of the binding property of tear-tape.
