摘    要:随着分组加工技术在卷烟企业中的应用,全配方加工中的树型结构已无法表征制丝线生产批次之间的多对多关系并建立批次跟踪谱系。为此,通过对分组加工中批次管理的技术特点进行分析和研究,提出了采用有向图法建立卷烟生产批次跟踪谱系的方法。结果表明,该方法可以有效地表征分组加工中批次之间的相互关系,进而建立起分组加工中复杂混合批次跟踪谱系,从而为卷烟生产MES系统质量追溯和生产性能分析等提供数据依据。

Abstract:The traditional tree structure in the whole-blend processing mode is unable to characterize the many-to-many relationships among production batches and develop the family tree for batch tracing in the grouping processing in cigarette enterprises.Therefore,a method for production batch tracing developed on the digraph-based family tree was proposed through analyzing the technical characters of batch management in grouping processing.The results showed that the method could effectively characterize the correlations between batches in grouping processing,and further to develop the family tree for batches of various different combinations in grouping processing,and provide data to MES system for quality tracing and production performance analyzing in cigarette production.
