聚甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯互通多孔材料选择性降低卷烟烟气中的苯酚

摘    要:为选择性降低卷烟烟气中苯酚的释放量,制备了聚甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯互通多孔材料(PolyGMA材料),利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、比表面及孔径分析仪对材料进行了表征,并分别考察了添加至二元复合滤棒和涂布卷烟纸2种应用方式对选择性降低卷烟烟气中苯酚释放量的影响。结果表明:①制备的材料具备环氧基团和互通多孔的结构,其比表面积为119.5 m2/g,平均孔径为17.3 nm;②该材料以添加二元复合滤棒形式在卷烟中应用效果较佳,与对照卷烟相比,试验卷烟苯酚释放量降低28.3%,苯酚选择性降低率为23.0%,且卷烟感官质量无明显差异。

Abstract:Interconnected porous material of poly(glycidyl methacrylate)(PolyGMA) was synthesized for selectively reducing phenol in cigarette smoke.PolyGMA was characterized via Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FT-IR),Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM) and BET specific surface area analyzer.The material was applied in dual filter or spread on cigarette paper for testing its selectivity.The results showed that: 1) the material exhibited epoxy groups and interconnected porous in structure with the specific surface area of 119.5 m2/g and the average pore size of 17.3 nm.2) Adding into dual filter showed better effect than did cigarette paper coating,phenol reduced by 28.3% and the selective reduction rate of phenol reached 23.0% comparing with the control.Meanwhile,the sensory quality of cigarette had no significant difference.This material provided an option for selectively reducing the phenol in cigarette smoke.
