摘    要:研究玻纤、阻燃剂和纳米成核剂对聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)结晶性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明,玻纤、阻燃剂都起成核剂作用,使PET的结晶性能提高,玻纤会使PET的力学性能提高,而阻燃剂使PET的力学性能降低;在加入纳米成核剂后,能明显提高PET的结晶性能,可降低注塑模具温度。用扫描电子显微镜观察了不同PET复合体系的界面形态。

Abstract:The influence of glass fiber, flame retardant and nucleating agent on the crystallinity and mechanical properties of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) was investigated. The results showed that glass fiber and flame retardant had nucleating actions on PET and they could increase the crystallinity of PET. The mechanical properties of PET increased by adding glass fiber, while they decreased by adding flame retardant. The crystallinity of PET was markedly increased and the mould temperature was decreased by adding nanonucleating agent. The interfacial shapes of PET compound systems were observed by scanning electronic microscopy.
