| 摘 要： | 自动测试系统软件平台,利用IVI规范配置仪器无关性系统,即用逻辑名调用初始化函数,检查配置文件确定仪器并与仪器建立会话,将会话句柄返给驱动程序,通过句柄发送控制命令和接收数据。同时采用数据库接口管理测试数据。

| Abstract: | For ATS software platform, instruments independence system was set up with IVI criterion. At first, the initialization function was called with logic name. Second, configuration file was checked to make sure instruments and conversation set up with instruments. Third, the conversation handles were returned to drive program. Forth, the control command and data were received and sent by conversation handle At one time, tested data was managed by database interface. |
