浅析我国实施的积极财政政策

文章通过对我国现行的积极财政政策的现状进行分析，提出了这一政策对于需求的拉动作用还不明显、没有很好的启动民间社会投资、国有资金的使用缺乏效率等问题，论证了积极财政政策的必要性和可行性，提出对这一政策的展望和调整。

Analysis of Implementing Active Financial Policy in Our Country

The thesis proposes a series of problems on the analysis of the active policy of finance at present in China. It is not obvious for the policy in promotion of the requirement without perfect starting social investment. In addition, the use of state-owned funds are lack of efficiency. The paper also deals with the necessity and feasibility of the active policy of finance. In the end, the writer proposes some reformatory suggestion about the above problems and points out the adjustment of policy in the future.
