摘    要:从注塑模的强制脱模角度,介绍了一种内部带锁扣的汽车电瓶盖开模顶出结构。对适应强制顶出的斜面顶出机构进行了分析,采用先弹开型芯,再部分顶出塑件的方式。该强制抽芯结构提供一种在内扣较多、空间较小、无法实现斜顶内抽的情况下,解决模具成型问题,顺利完成自动脱模,经过实践证明,实现了产品注塑生产的连续性,提高了生产效率。

Abstract:The compulsory core-loosing structure of a vehicle battery cover with inner lock was introduced.The slant loosing structure was analyzed,which could eject the core first and then push out the plastic part.In the core-loosing cases with narrow space,multi-locks inside,or the inner wedge was forbidden,this structure could solve the problem and realize the automatic ejecting.Practice shows that the mold with the compulsory core-loosing structure can realize the continuous production and enhance production effi...
