摘    要:在乙烯裂解炉综合模拟研究中,准确地描述炉膛内燃料燃烧和辐射传热过程极其重要。笔者采用乙烯裂解炉传递反应过程综合数学模型中的炉膛数学模型,对工业裂解炉炉膛中的流动、燃烧和传热过程进行了系统的数值模拟,得到了流场、浓度场和温度场等详细信息,揭示了炉膛内流动、燃烧和传热过程的基本特点。模拟结果表明,炉膛中存在着流动、燃烧反应与传热的不均匀分布,是造成反应管管壁热通量的非均匀分布的原因。

Abstract:To accurately describe the fuel combustion and radiative heat transfer processes in furnaces is very crucial in comprehensive numerical simulation of ethylene pyrolyzer.Numerical simulation of the flow,combustion and heat transfer in industrial furnace was carried out by employing the developed furnaces model.Some detailed information about the flow field,concentration distribution and temperature field in furnaces was obtained,presenting the basic characteristics of the flow,combustion and heat transfer processes.Results showed that non-uniform distribution of the flow,combustion and heat transfer existed in furnaces,thus resulted in the non-uniform distribution of heat flux of reactor tubes.
