某含金多金属硫化矿的浮选分离研究

摘    要:针对某含金多金属硫化矿的特点和现场对试验的要求,采用部分混合一优先浮选工艺和亚硫酸法成功地实现了铜与铅的有效分离。在适宜的工艺条件下,可获得金回收率93.52%、铅回收率91.52%、铜回收率63.66%、硫回收率44.07%的良好技术指标。在大幅度提高金和铅回收率的同时,使矿石中的铜也得到了较好的回收,达到了矿石综合利用的目的。

Abstract:In the light of the features of polymetallic sulfide ores containing gold in a gold mine and the requirements of tests in situ, the effective separation of copper and lead was successfully realized by using the pratial mixture-differential flotation and the sulphurous acid method. Under the proper process conditions, the good technical indexes were obtained: the gold recovery was 93.52% and the lead recovery was 91.52%; The copper recovery was 63.66% and the sulphur recovery was 44.07%. The copper in the ores was well recovered as the gold recovery and lead recovery were greatly increased, which reached the goal of comprehensive utilization of the ores.
