| 摘 要： | 章探讨了21世纪土木工程应用型人才素质、能力和知识体系的构成，论述了材料科学和土木工程领域几个主要应用学科的关系，对比国外土木工程专业人才培养体系，创造性地提出了构建以材料为源泉的土木工程应用型人才培养体系的设想，并简介近年来初步实施情况。

| Abstract: | The diathesis,ability and architectonic composing of persons in 21st century with civil engineering application talent,and the relationship of material science and civil engineering are discussed. By contrasted with other country system of cultivating civil engineering application talent,it is put forward assuming cultivating system of civil engineering application talent with construction materials knowledge as headspring,and brief introduction of initial actualizing thing in this paper. |
