植物油环境友好润滑油的改性研究进展

摘    要:介绍了植物油用作环境友好润滑油基础油的优势和不足。植物油必须先进行改性处理才可用作高性能润滑油基础油,植物油改性的方法包括遗传技术改性和化学改性,如氢化、环氧化和酯交换等。文章综述了不同改性方法的效果和局限性及改性研究的进展。提出了植物油改性研究中存在的主要问题,并对植物油深度改性,如加氢甲酰化、内酯化、开环反应和引入功能元素等研究的发展趋势进行了展望,对环境友好润滑油的研制具有参考意义。

Abstract:The advantages and disadvantages of vegetable oils utilized as environmentally friendly lubricant basestocks are introduced in brief.Vegetable oils have to be modified,then can be used as superior performance lubricant basestocks.The modification methods include genetic modification methods and chemical modification methods,for example,hydrogenation,epoxidation,transesterification and so on.The effects and insufficiency of different modification methods as well as the development of modification studies are summarized in this article.Meanwhile,the primary problems existed in modification study are put forward and the trends of the deep modification of vegetable oils are anticipated,such as hydroformylation,lactonization,ring-opening reactions and introducing functional elements,etc.It is very useful as reference for the study of the environmentally friendly lubricants.
