| 摘 要： | 教学管理制度的改革是高校教学改革的关键。学分制的实施，能使教学资源得到充分利用，也能大大提高学生学习的积极性。实施学分制要求教育的教学观念要与时俱进行，教师素质要不断提高，教学管理要走出单纯量的管理的误区。

And the teaching management should not be equal to the mere quantitative management. |
