激光器的温度控制

摘    要:介绍了高功率双端泵浦绿光激光器温度控制的研究。采用DSP芯片作为系统的控制核心,针对三个不同的参数进行有效控制,在满足必要指标的基础上达到了激光器能够保持长时间高功率稳定可靠的运行。并且在完成样机后,经过较长时间的运行和一定范围内的应用取得了很好的效果。

Abstract:Introduction was made to a temperature control method of high-power double-pumped green light amplification by stimu- lation of emitted radiation (LASER). The DSP chip was the control core of the system, which effectively controlled the three main pa- rameters to maintain a high LASER power stable and reliable operation for a long time on basis of meeting the necessary index. And the prototype manufactured, good results were achieved after running a longer period of time and within a certain scope of application.
