耒阳市电信局网络资源调配流程设计研究

网络资源是电信企业的一个最重要的资产，管好、用好网络资源，是电信企业提高效益，超越竞争对手的一个重要法宝。文章通过对耒阳市电信局网络资源的现状进行研究，结合企业开展BPR，提出网络资源调配流程设计的一些思路，对适合耒阳市电信局的网络资源调配流程进行了设计研究。

Research on network resources deploying in Lei Yang city

Network resource is the most important capital of telecom enterprises.It is very important to control and use the network resource properly;it is a magic weapon for telecom enterprises to defeat the competitive opponents.This paper studies the current situation of network resource in Lei yang bureau.It designs and studies the flow of network resource deploying which is suitable for Lei yang telecom bureau.It also puts up with some ideas of designing flow of network resource deploying combining with BPR in the enterprises.
