摘    要:针对上海电网峰谷负荷差值大的特点,提出300MW机组短期停机和两班制调峰运行的方案。分析了近几年上海电网负荷平衡情况和300MW机组运行的可行性条件以及实施300MW机组两班制运行应进行的工作等内容。给出实施300MW机组两班制运行所带来的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:Aiming at the enormous difference between the peak and the valley loads in Shanghai Electric Power System,a plan of short period of shutdown and two-shift cyclic operation of 300 MW unit was put forward.The situation of the power loads balance in recent years in Shanghai,the operation condition of 300 MW units and the work which should be done for two-shift operation of the 300 MWunit were analyzed respectively.The economic and social benefits which will be brought by two-shift operation of the 300 MW unit were expatiated.
