城市中心区停车问题综合改善对策

在城市交通机动化加速到来的今天，城市中心区日趋严峻的停车问题正成为城市畅通的重要阻碍。本文分析了城市中心区交通和停车的一般特征，以重庆市观音菥中心区为例，在深入分析停车问题根源的基础上，从控制总量、外部停车、整合资源、停车诱导、强化管理、价格手段六个方面系统性地提出城市中心区停车问题综合改善的基本对策．为其他城市中心区解决停车矛盾提供借鉴和参考。
