| 摘 要： | 多酚是在植物性食物中发现的、具有潜在促进健康作用的化合物。为筛选高多酚含量且稳定性好的甘薯品种,测定了5个产地21个甘薯品种(系)的多酚含量,分析了其基因型差异和环境效应及其稳定性。结果表明:甘薯多酚平均含量为0.485 g/100 g,品种间变幅为0.302~1.092 g/100 g,变异系数为34.41%;产地间变幅为0.201~1.337 g/100 g,变异系数为46.98%,基因型、产地以及基因型与产地互作效应均达极显著水平,显示甘薯多酚含量受基因型、产地以及基因型与产地互作效应的影响。同时筛选出"金山1222"、"浙大9201"、"浙34-81"、"浙255"、"徐55-2"等多个多酚含量高、产地稳定性强的品种。
