| Abstract: | Key points and goal of engineering cost management are briefly introduced.According to the application of engineering cost management in bid invitation and submission of highway works the actions of engineering quantity list to cost management are studied.The relationship between engineering cost and limit time is elaborated in order to realize effective control of engineering cost and promote bid invitation and submission management of highway works. |
